This year at Automation Fair, Cybertrol Engineering took live demos to the next level in booth #2036 — showcasing real-world process automation and enterprise integration in a dynamic, interactive environment.

For the first time, Cybertrol featured a live process skid demo, built by our partner Werner, on the trade show floor showcasing PlantPAx 5.2 in FactoryTalk Optix. This interactive demo highlighted how modern visualization, device faceplates, and controller integration come together for smarter, faster decision-making at the edge.
Why It Matters:
With flexible visualization and Cybertrol’s simulation-first integration approach, manufacturers can reduce risk, improve operator experience, and speed up commissioning.
For the enterprise software audience, Cybertrol showcased BatchWorks integrated with FactoryTalk Optix and Plex MES — delivering a full production lifecycle view from scheduling to finished goods.
New in 2025: Real-time material consumption tracking as batches are processed, enabling greater transparency and control across your manufacturing environment.
Together, the demos highlighted FactoryTalk Optix as both a modern, responsive interface for process automation and a capable edge device that enables process digitization.

Speakers:
Cybertrol partnered with a pharmaceutical contract manufacturer to deploy a secure, centralized, and scalable control system using the FactoryTalk suite and Cybertrol’s BatchWorks software — improving visibility, standardization, and productivity across the facility.
